Warranty Information
We offer a one year limited warranty on all parts which covers manufacturer's defect. Our hulls are covered by a five year warranty against cracking, tearing, puncture or wear-through occuring in normal use.

Environment
At ClearWater Design we are making an effort to help preserve our environment. All of our scrap polyethylene is ground down and re-used. In our canoe, the end caps, and in our kayaks, the seats are made from the recycled polyethylene. In 2007 we started using biodegradable bags to wrap and ship all of our boats.
